​These terms and conditions apply to the use of our store and by using any of our services in store you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use our services. Before you use any of our services, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us.


Defective merchandise will be fully tested to verify the fault. Should an item not be found to be defective it will be put down as user error, however should an item be found to be defective we will first seek to repair/replace the item. If no replacement or repair can be done, a full refund will be given.


Onsite will only accept Goods returned that are:

  •  Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the Goods.
  •  Returned Items to onsite should contain all items included in the original sale, including manuals, cables, disks, packaging and any other items originally supplied.
  •  All returned items need to be tested and the fault verified before any refund, repair or replacement can be issued.


 We cannot accept Goods returned that are:

  •  Returned without proof of purchase.
  •  Faulty, caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
  •  Repaired by a third party vendor other than any affiliates of onsite recycle LTD.


This warranty does not cover damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other Electronic devices, alteration, maladjustment of customer controls, improper modification (such as mobile phone sim-lock removal), firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than a onsite approved agent.

Onsite holds all personal information in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


Onsite will diagnose all issues instructed to them within a time frame allocated to the customer at time of booking in-store, we will try our best to keep to this schedual but this may be effected depending on the issue/damage to the device. customers are notified of costs and time frame before work is carried out, once the device is fixed and ready for collection we will contact you further if necessary, customers must collect the device/items within 6 months of completion, we will try our best to contact you but if no contact or arrangements has been made by the customer, the device/item may be disposed/recycled.


All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names and logos appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners.


6 MONTHS WARRANTY:


At Onsite we give 6 Months Warranty With ALL our Products, Repairs and Services, Just for your Assurance!


All parts that are fitted to the damaged device (Phone, Tablet or Laptop) are covered by 6 months warranty, this is if the parts fail to work to satisfactory or to manufacturer standards.


Mobile Phone/ iPad and Tablet Complete Glass and LCD Screen Replacements:
The warranty covers parts and labor for the job carried out for 6 months. Phone Screen warranty is if the screen touch (Digitiser) or the LCD display fails to work to original standards or has more than 3 dead cells or if the glass starts to protrude from the frame; A brand new replacement is fitted free of charge. Warranty is void if the screen is cracked, chipped or if the device is liquid damaged.


Mobile Phone/ iPad and Tablet Glass screen replacements:

The warranty cover's you for 6 months if the glass touch digitiser does not work to original standards or if the glass starts to protrude from the frame.

A brand new replacement part is fitted free of charge.

Warranty is void if the screen is cracked, chipped or if the device is liquid damaged.


Product Warranty:
onsite offers a 6 month warranty on all items except consumables. Our 6 month warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any damage caused by unlocking a mobile phone, and only covers software faults arising in the course of normal use.


Data Loss:

Although care is always taken to prevent data loss, it is sometimes unavoidable, or may already have occurred prior to the device reaching us. OnSite Recycle cannot be held responsible for any data loss. We highly recommend regular backups of your device.
